Belt conveyors - Principle of operation

Conveyor belts are equipped with a robust belt (or a roller system) mounted on rollers that set it in motion. The belt is tensioned in such a way that it forms a loop (an ellipse shape). The driving drums drive the entire conveyor belt. Individual conveyors can be connected together to form a correspondingly long transport system.

After starting the conveyor belt, it continuously moves forward or backward - along with the goods on the belt (or roller system). This significantly facilitates and often accelerates the transportation of products and packages from point A to point B or their sorting. An industrial conveyor belt can operate not only with manual loading but also with mechanical loading.
