Integrating Foeth systems at Intimac
loading...
Barneveld, February 2026
From day one, our focus is a full integration: shared standards, shared systems, and a consistent customer experience across Foeth and Intimac.
Following the recent joining of forces between Foeth and Intimac, we are taking concrete steps to integrate Intimac fully into Foeth’s organisation. The goal is clear: combine the strengths of both companies and operate as one team, with one way of working, supported by Foeth’s proven systems, processes and departments.
The integration plan is designed to safeguard what Intimac does best: deep equipment knowledge, local relationships, while adding the structure, scalability and transparency Foeth is known for. Below we share how we are integrating across IT, operations, product management, sales and management.

What stays the same: craftsmanship, market knowledge and customer focus
While systems and processes are being aligned, we also recognise the strengths Intimac brings: deep technical knowledge of pharma equipment, long-standing customer relationships and strong sourcing capabilities in Europe and South America. The integration is designed to protect and amplify these strengths, while giving Intimac the tools, structure and support to scale further.
Looking ahead: one team, one standard, more impact
The coming period is about execution: training, alignment, data migration, process adoption and continuous improvement. Step by step, Intimac will operate fully within Foeth’s systems and methods, so we can deliver a consistent experience and professional standards across all locations.
We look forward to building this next chapter together with one shared ambition: making it easier for industrial companies to choose high-quality refurbished machinery and operate more circularly.

A solid IT foundation is essential for daily collaboration and for scaling our work across locations. The IT integration is already well underway:
Foeth laptops installed for Intimac colleagues, ensuring secure, standardised workstations.
Access and user management aligned with Foeth’s systems, so teams can collaborate smoothly across departments.
Shared folders and data environments, enabling consistent documentation and easy access to technical files, photos and commercial information.
Support for Intimac’s website and digital presence, with the aim of aligning content, data structures and lead flows with Foeth’s digital approach.
These steps ensure that Intimac teams can work seamlessly with Foeth colleagues, using the same tools, the same data, and the same standards.
Operational excellence is at the heart of the Foeth model. To ensure speed, quality and transparency for customers, Foeth tracks each machine through an in-depth workflow with defined stations. The plan is for Intimac to adopt this same structure so that every machine follows a consistent path from arrival to sale.
The Foeth workflow includes stations such as: To receive, Cleaning, Testing, and Expedition
This is more than a checklist. It is a controlled, traceable process that improves safety, consistency, planning and customer confidence. As Intimac aligns its intake and processing with these stations, we will be able to:
Plan capacity and lead times more accurately
Ensure consistent quality and presentation across locations
Provide clearer status updates internally and toward customers
Reduce handover friction between teams and sites
For refurbished machinery, information quality and availability is everything. Customers need to quickly understand what a machine is, what it can do, and what condition it is in. That’s why Foeth invests heavily in product management and structured machine data.
A major part of the integration is ensuring all Intimac machines are recorded in exactly the same way as Foeth machines, including:
Solid technical profiles with all relevant specifications
High quality photo sets and visual documentation
Structured tagging and categorisation so machines can be found quickly and compared easily
Documentation of status, work performed, and readiness for sale
This creates a single source of truth across the combined stock, improving internal efficiency and giving customers faster, more reliable information.
With Intimac becoming part of the Foeth organisation, sales teams can work closer together, supported by shared tools, shared data and a larger combined inventory.
Key steps include:
Foeth sales support for Intimac, including access to methods, tools and commercial content
Access to combined stock, allowing customers to benefit from broader availability across locations
Shared sales network and collaboration, improving match-making between customer needs and available machinery
Alignment on quoting, lead handling, and follow-up workflows, so customers experience consistent responsiveness
This integration strengthens our ability to serve customers quickly, especially those needing equipment on short timelines for testing, pilot production, or scaling.
Integration is not only operational and commercial, it’s organisational. Intimac will benefit from the structure of Foeth’s established departments, while maintaining strong local leadership.
Sergio Ferretto Clementi joins the management team, supporting alignment between the companies and strengthening cross-border decision-making.
Intimac will benefit from Foeth’s existing departments and expertise, including HR, IT and Finance, providing professional support, consistent policies, and scalable operations.
This structure allows teams to focus on customers and machines while ensuring strong governance, clear processes, and shared standards.
