This is a Conti Fluid Bed Dryer/Agglomerator (Granulator). The powder flows inside in a sort of zig-zag pattern, guided by internal baffle plates and supported by accordingly directed Conidur bottom sieve plates. Therefore the machine is much compacter and not as long and narrow as it would be without zig-zag flow.
With spraying nozzles. Was used for agglomeration of washing detergent powders.
